01 Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") form an agreement between you and Azizbek Mizamov, an individual developer trading as PowerApps ("we", "us", "our") governing your use of the CoinBite application for iOS (the "App").
By downloading, installing or using the App you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not install or use the App.
02 Licence
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
If you obtained the App from the App Store, your licence to use it is the one in Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). These Terms add to it and do not replace it; where the two conflict, the Standard EULA governs your licence to use the App.
This is a licence, not a sale. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by us.
03 Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Copy, sell, rent, sublicense, lease or otherwise distribute the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App, except where that restriction is prohibited by applicable law
- Modify the App or create derivative works based on it
- Use the CoinBite server other than through the App, including by extracting the App’s key, sending automated or bulk requests, or trying to get around its limits, among them the limit on free searches
- Collect the App’s results, ratings or suggestions in bulk, or republish them, or use them to build another product or a database
- Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark or attribution, including the “Google Maps” credit shown with ratings
- Use the App in a way that breaks any applicable law or regulation
04 The picks, and what the App cannot promise
CoinBite helps you choose where to eat. It does not run, inspect or speak for any of the places it shows. Please read the following as part of these Terms rather than as small print:
- Prices are estimates. The App does not read menus. The price per person is an AI estimate from the kind of place, the area and local prices, and what you actually pay can be higher or lower. Check the menu before you order
- Suggestions are written by AI. What to order, why a place fits and the summary are generated by an AI model and may be wrong, out of date or incomplete. A place may have changed its menu or prices, moved or closed
- Food preferences are not a certification. Vegetarian, Vegan, Halal, Gluten-free and Healthy & light are matched on how places are listed and what the AI knows about them. The App never confirms that a place or a dish is certified halal, free of an allergen or safe for any diet or condition. If you have an allergy or a dietary or religious requirement, confirm it with the place before you order
- Opening hours are not checked. The App does not know whether a place is open. Check its hours before you go
- Ratings come from Google and reflect what other people posted there. They are shown where Google has one, and may be missing
- Directions are the map app’s. Routes come from Apple Maps, Google Maps or Yandex Maps. Use your own judgement about the route and your safety on the way, and follow local traffic rules
- The App needs Location access and an internet connection, and depends on services run by others (section 5). When one of them is unavailable, the App may show fewer details or none
Important: CoinBite gives suggestions, not guarantees. It is not responsible for the food, the service, the prices or the safety of any place it shows, and nothing in it is medical, dietary or religious advice.
05 Third-party services
The App works by combining services run by others. Each of them is provided by its owner, not by us, and we do not control their content or availability:
06 Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate or compatible with every device or iOS version, that any place it shows exists, is open or matches its description, or that a price, rating or suggestion is correct.
07 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, profit, revenue or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the App.
This expressly includes any loss arising from a place the App showed — its food, its prices, its service, its hours or its premises — from a journey to it, and from relying on an estimate, a rating, a suggestion or a food preference match contrary to the guidance in section 4.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 10.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain liabilities, so parts of the two sections above may not apply to you. In that case, our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law, and nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence where the law does not allow it to be limited.
08 Free searches and Premium
CoinBite is free to download. Every iPhone gets 5 free AI searches, once: searches with AI picks, price estimates and Google ratings. After those, searches show the closest places from Apple Maps, without them. The free searches are counted on your iPhone and do not renew.
CoinBite Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription that adds AI picks, price estimates and Google ratings to every search, within the fair use below. It comes in three plans:
- Premium is sold and processed by Apple through your Apple Account. The App and the App Store show the price in your local currency before you buy, so it can differ from the US dollar prices because of exchange rates and taxes
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends
- You can manage or cancel it at any time in iOS under Settings › your name › Subscriptions, or from Settings › Premium in the App. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Premium continues until the end of the period you have paid for
- You can restore Premium on your other devices with Restore Purchases in the App, at no extra cost
- Refunds and billing questions are handled by Apple under its own policies; we cannot issue refunds directly. Request one through reportaproblem.apple.com
- Fair use: Premium includes up to 15 AI searches a day for each subscription. After that, searches that day show the closest places from Apple Maps, and AI picks are back the next day. After 100 AI searches in a calendar month, a search may show Google ratings for fewer of its picks
- Premium gives more of the App’s features. It does not change anything in section 4: prices stay estimates and suggestions stay AI-written. While a service in section 5 is unavailable, a search may come back without AI picks or ratings
09 Intellectual property
The App, its source code, design, user interface, animations, icon, name and logo are owned by us and protected by copyright and other laws. "CoinBite" and "PowerApps" are the names we use for this app and its publisher; nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use them without our prior written permission. The photos in section 10 belong to their photographers.
Apple, iPhone, iOS, App Store and Apple Maps are trademarks of Apple Inc. Google and Google Maps are trademarks of Google LLC. Yandex Maps is a trademark of its owner. The map app icons on the Directions buttons are those apps’ own icons, shown only to open the app they belong to. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Apple, Google or Yandex.

11 Privacy
Your use of the App is also covered by our Privacy Policy, which explains what a search sends, to whom and why, including the record of a Premium subscription, and that our server keeps no copy of it. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
12 Termination
This licence remains in effect until terminated. It ends automatically if you breach any of these Terms, and you may end it at any time by deleting the App from your devices. Sections 4, 6, 7, 9, 10 and 14 survive termination.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue the App or its server, in whole or in part, at any time and without liability to you.
13 Apple-specific terms
These Terms are between you and us only, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the App and its content. You acknowledge that:
- Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the App
- If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claim relating to the App, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, or consumer protection claims
- Apple is not responsible for investigating, defending, settling or discharging any third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual property rights
- You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, have the right to enforce them against you
14 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, where the publisher is established, without regard to their conflict-of-law rules. Disputes arising from them may be brought before the courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
That choice does not take away rights you already have where you live, and is not intended to. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your own country continue to apply in full, and you keep the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. This is expressly the case in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, and applies anywhere else whose law says so.
15 Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when it is posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date will change accordingly. Your continued use of the App after that point means you accept the new Terms.
