01 Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Azizbek Mizamov, an individual developer trading as PowerApps ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the JustCleaner application for iOS (the "App").
Short version: JustCleaner has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising SDKs and no backend server, and it sends nothing about you anywhere. Two optional tools use the microphone to measure sound as it happens — that audio is analysed on your device, is never recorded or saved, and never leaves it.
By downloading or using the App you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
02 Information we collect
We collect none. The App does not ask for, gather or transmit any of the following:
- Name, email address, phone number or any other contact detail
- Account credentials — the App has no sign-up or login
- Location data, whether precise or coarse
- Contacts, photos, calendar or health data
- Device identifiers used for advertising or cross-app tracking (IDFA)
- Usage analytics, event logs, session recordings or heat maps
- Payment or financial information
The App contains no third-party analytics, attribution, crash-reporting or advertising software development kits. We operate no server that receives data from the App.
Two features do switch the microphone on while you are using them. Nothing is recorded and nothing is sent to us, but we would rather explain exactly how that works than leave it out — see section 3.
03 Microphone
Two optional tools in the App need to hear sound in order to work:
iOS asks for your permission the first time you open one of them. You can say no: every other part of the App keeps working, and you will simply not be able to use those two tools.
While a tool is running, sound is analysed as it arrives, in memory:
- No audio file is ever created. The sound level tool sends its audio stream to
/dev/null, which means the system discards every sample immediately and reads only the loudness figure - The speaker check keeps only the frequency magnitudes it needs to draw the curve on screen, and drops them when you leave the screen
- There is no speech recognition, no transcription, no keyword detection and no attempt to identify who or what is making a sound
- No audio, and no measurement derived from it, is transmitted anywhere — there is nowhere for it to go, because the App has no server
The microphone is active only while one of those two screens is open and measuring. iOS shows its orange indicator the entire time, so you can always see when it is on. You can withdraw the permission at any moment in Settings › Privacy & Security › Microphone › JustCleaner.
04 Information stored on your device
So that the App remembers what you chose between launches, it stores a small amount of non-personal configuration locally, inside its own sandbox:
None of this contains a name, an identifier or anything that points back to you. It never leaves your device, it is not readable by us, and it is removed when you delete the App.
05 Device permissions
JustCleaner requests one permission, and only when you ask for it: the microphone, for the two tools described in section 3. Declining it leaves the rest of the App fully usable.
It does not use the camera, location services, contacts, photo library, calendar, health data or Bluetooth, and it sends no push notifications. Playing the tone through the speaker — the App's main purpose — needs no permission at all.
You may also add JustCleaner to Siri, the Shortcuts app, a Home Screen widget or Control Centre. Those shortcuts do one thing: they open the App and start a cycle. They carry no personal data, and they give the App no access to your voice recordings, your Siri history or anything else on your device.
06 Third-party services
The App itself integrates no third-party services. However, the App is distributed through the Apple App Store, and Apple independently processes certain information as part of that distribution — for example download and purchase records, aggregated and anonymised usage statistics you may have opted into, and crash reports you choose to share with developers.
That processing is governed by Apple's own privacy policy, not by this one. Any aggregate statistics Apple makes available to us cannot be used to identify an individual user. See Apple's Privacy Policy for details.
This website (powerapps.site) is served as static files. It sets no advertising or tracking cookies. It does load a web font from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers to fetch the font file; that request is subject to Google's privacy policy.
07 Purchases
JustCleaner offers a single optional in-app purchase: a one-time unlock of its additional features. It is not a subscription and it does not renew.
The purchase is sold and processed entirely by Apple through your Apple Account. We never see or receive your card number, billing address or Apple Account credentials, and we receive no report from Apple that identifies you personally. The App asks Apple whether the unlock has been bought and keeps only a yes/no answer on your device; restoring the purchase on another device is likewise a question put to Apple, not to us. Refunds and billing questions are handled by Apple through your purchase history.
08 Children's privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). Because the App collects no personal data from anyone, it collects no personal data from children either. If you believe a child has somehow provided us with personal information, contact us and we will address it.
09 Your rights
Privacy laws such as the GDPR (European Economic Area and United Kingdom) and the CCPA/CPRA (California) give you rights over your personal data, including the rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or port it, and to opt out of its sale.
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to disclose, correct, export or delete — and we have never sold or shared personal data, because we have none. To remove every trace of the App's local data, simply delete the App from your device. You may still contact us with any question about this policy.
10 Data security
The App keeps its preferences and its cycle history inside the iOS application sandbox, which is protected by the operating system and by your device passcode and encryption. Microphone audio is never written to that sandbox, or anywhere else — it exists only in memory for the instant it takes to measure it. Since no data is transmitted off the device, there is no transfer to intercept and no database of ours that could be breached.
11 Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the App or to legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on this page. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
